Ingredients:
- Pumpkin 300 grams
- Kefir 130 ml.
- Butter 60 grams
- Sugar 130 grams

- Corn flour 100 grams
- Wheat flour 150 grams

- Sour cream 200 grams

- Ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1.Cut the pumpkin into pieces, remove the seeds, seed bag, cut the peel.
Step 2 Dice the flesh. Then cook in any way convenient for you: steam, microwave or bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Before baking vegetables in the oven, pour them with olive or vegetable oil.
Step 3 Place slightly cooled vegetables in a blender, add granulated sugar, add chicken eggs, 1/3 teaspoon of small table salt.
Step 4Pour kefir, beat the mixture for several minutes, so that the granulated sugar dissolves completely.
Step 5 Mix the dry ingredients - pour corn and wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder into a bowl.
Step 6 Gradually add liquid to the dry ingredients, knead the dough. Melt the butter, and when it cools down a little, add to the bowl. Knead the dough so that it is free of lumps.
Step 7 Dice dried apricots and dates into cubes or thin strips.
Step 8 Add dried fruits to the dough, mix well. If desired, you can soak dried fruits in cognac about an hour before baking.
Step 9 Grate finely nutmeg, for our pie you need very little, you can not overdo it with this spice.
Step 10Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with wheat flour and put the dough.
Step 11Heat the oven to a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius, put the form on a medium level, cook the cake for 40 minutes. Remove the finished baking from the mold, cool on a wire rack.
Step 12 Next, beat fat sour cream with sugar. Generously cover the top with a thick sour cream, sprinkle with finely chopped dried apricots and ground cinnamon.
