Ingredients:
- Curd 200 grams
- 4 eggs
- Vanillin pinch
- Sugar (for dough) 100 grams
- Baking powder 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Baking soda 0.5 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Wheat flour 4 cups
- Milk 100 ml.
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla in a blender bowl.
Step 2 Separately in a small cup, mix baking soda with vinegar and add to a blender. Mix flour with baking powder and add to the blender bowl. Stir the dough for several minutes.
Step 3 It should be sticky dough. Therefore, sprinkle flour abundantly on the table before placing the dough on it.
Step 4 Divide the dough into equal pieces and then cut the same pieces (approximately 20 pieces will turn out). Cover the pan with oiled paper or foil.
Step 5 Lubricate hands with oil. And form a round ball from each part of the dough and place them at some distance from each other on a baking sheet.
Step 6 Bake rolls in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. After that, remove the baking sheet from the oven and quickly grease the buns on top with milk, sprinkle with sugar.
Step 7 Next, bake the buns for another 10 minutes until they become golden brown.
