Ingredients:
- Curd 200 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Sugar 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Wheat flour 2-4 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder 0.5 tsp
- Vanillin pinch
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Drive an egg into a bowl, add sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt, stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2 Next, add the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3 Mix flour with baking powder. Add flour to the curd and knead the dough.
Step 4 Put the dough on a cutting board, previously sprinkling it with flour. Cut the dough into 8 equal parts.
Step 5 Make balls from the obtained parts.
Step 6 Sprinkle the balls with flour and flatten them using the side surface of the knife.
Step 7 Fry cheesecakes in vegetable oil on both sides. Fry over medium heat.
Step 8 Ready cheesecakes served with sour cream or jam.
