Ingredients:
- Beets 1 piece
- Quince 0.5 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Radish daikon 0.5 pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Raisin (Yellow) Handful
- Mayonnaise 100 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil beets and carrots until cooked. To peel. Grate beets on a coarse grater. Peel quince and core. Grate carrots, radish and quince on a medium grater. Grate the garlic.
Step 2 Soak raisins in hot water for 15 minutes. Chop almonds. Then mix in a deep plate beets, quinces, carrots, garlic, raisins and almonds. Salt and mix the salad. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix again.
