Ingredients:
- Ripe apples 1 kg.
- 4 eggs
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanillin pinch
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Butter 20 grams
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Ground cinnamon (optional) 1 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash apples, peel and core. Cut into small pieces.
Step 2 Beat 4 eggs with a sugar mixer or whisk until pale yellow. The more the mixture is whipped, the more magnificent and softer the cake will turn out. Add vanillin, flour and mix gently with a spatula with movements from top to bottom.
