Cooking method:
Step 1.Cut the onion into thin rings and marinate (0.5 cups of water, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt, 0.5 tsp of sugar - the marinade should be sour in taste).
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a cool, cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
Step 3Cut the cucumber into thin semicircles.

Step 6Cut celery into thin slices.
Step 7Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Step 8 Boiled quail eggs are also cut into halves.
