Ingredients:
- Canned tuna 1 can
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Sweet pepper 1 piece
- Arugula bunch
- Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut cucumbers into small slices.
Step 2Cut the pepper into small slices.
Step 3Cut tomatoes into small slices.
Step 4 Tuck arugula into a salad bowl with your hands.
Step 5 Prepare a salad dressing: add the juice of half a lemon, half a teaspoon of mustard to the prepared container, add oil and thoroughly beat with a fork.
Step 6 Season the salad and add the tuna.
Step 7 Put the finished salad on the dish with salt, pepper to taste and decorate with boiled eggs.
