Ingredients:
- Crab sticks 100 grams
- Fresh carrot 2 pieces
- Fresh cucumber 2-3 pieces
- Onion 50 grams
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Seasoning for carrots in Korean 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Grate peeled carrots for Korean salads or cut into thin strips.
Step 2 Add seasoning for carrots in Korean.
Step 3 Wash hands thoroughly with seasoning carrots.
Step 4Cut the cucumbers into long, broad strips, then armed with a wavy grater or shredder and chop the cucumbers into small wavy pieces. If there is no such grater, then chop the cucumbers with an ordinary knife.
Step 5 Cut the peeled onions into a small cube, add to a common bowl.
Step 6 Cut the crab sticks into a long thin strips.
Step 7 Grind the peeled garlic cloves and add to the salad.
Step 8 Drizzle the garlic with soy sauce and hot vegetable oil.
Step 9 Gently mix the salad.
Step 10Put on a beautiful dish, decorate with herbs and serve.
