Ingredients:
- Canned beans 200 grams
- 2 carrots
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Salt and seasoning for Korean carrots to taste
- For pickling onions:
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. For marinade, mix vegetable oil, salt, vinegar, sugar and ground pepper. Stir, the marinade is ready.
Step 2 Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Put the prepared onion in the marinade. Stir and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3 Peel the carrots and grate them or cut into long and thin strips. Add Korean style salt and seasoning for carrots. Gently mix the "orange beauty" with spices, lightly pressing hands.
Step 4 Mix canned beans with carrots.
Step 5Top with chopped or squeezed garlic through a press.
Step 6 Next, add pickled spicy onions.
Step 7Gently mix all the components of the salad. Be sure to leave the salad for infusion so that all the ingredients are saturated with each other's aromas, mixing in one single taste.
