Ingredients:
- Beets 3 pieces
- Prunes 50 grams
- Sour cream 150 ml.
- Walnuts 50 grams
- Pinch of salt
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the beets, tightly wrap in foil, and bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size of the beets (you can just cook). Unfold the foil and completely cool the beets.
Step 2 Prune pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes, so that it is a little swollen.
Step 3 Drain and cut the prunes into small pieces.
Step 4 Walnuts cut into small pieces.
Step 5 Peel the beets, grate on a coarse grater.
Step 6 Add prunes and nuts to the beets (leave 1/4 of the nuts for decoration). Add sour cream, a little salt.
Step 7 Mix well.
Step 8 When serving, sprinkle the rest with walnuts.
