Ingredients:

  • Fillet of salted mackerel 200 grams
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
  • Quail egg 5-6 pieces
  • Green leaf lettuce 3-4 leaves
  • Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Dijon mustard grain 1 teaspoon

Cooking method:

Step 1. Cut the mackerel fillet into medium slices.

Step 2 Wash salad leaves, dry with a paper towel and pick in small pieces with your hands.

Step 3 Peppers, remove seeds, cut the stalk and cut into strips.

Step 4 Onion cut into half rings.

Step 5 Boil quail eggs, peel and cut each into 2 parts.

Step 6 Mix apple cider vinegar (can be replaced with 9% table juice or lemon juice), olive or vegetable oil, Dijon mustard until a uniform sauce. Add black ground pepper.

Step 7 Mix all the prepared ingredients and season the salad with the sauce.
