Ingredients:
- Young cabbage 400 grams
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Young or green onion 30 grams
- Dill Greens 30 grams
- Table vinegar 9% 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Thin cabbage thinly with a knife.
Step 2 Put chopped cabbage in a deep bowl, sprinkle it with salt, sugar and knead intensively with your hands. After this procedure, the cabbage will let the juice and become softer.
Step 3 Peel the cucumbers with a peeler or just a knife.
Step 4 Then cut the cucumbers into thin, even circles.
Step 5 After slicing, send them to a bowl of cabbage.
Step 6 Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. When using green onions, you just need to finely chop it.
Step 7 At the washed dill, tear stiff stems, delicate branches of dill finely chopped.
Step 8 Mix all prepared ingredients, add vinegar, vegetable oil and mix.
Step 9 Before serving, it is better to let the young cabbage salad with cucumbers infuse for 5-10 minutes. During this time, vegetables and herbs are saturated with juice and aromas of each other and the salad will be even tastier.
