Ingredients:
- Cabbage 300 grams
- Carrot 1 piece
- Greens (parsley, dill, green onion) to taste
- Berries Viburnum handful
- For refueling:
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Chop cabbage.
Step 2 Peel and finely chop the carrots.
Step 3 Combine cabbage with carrots, herbs, viburnum berries.
Step 4 Prepare dressing: mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper.
Step 5 Pour the salad into the cooked dressing.
