Ingredients:
- Canned Cherry 500 ml.
- Wheat flour 3 cups
- Vegetable oil 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Expresso coffee 1 cup
- Cocoa 6 tbsp. spoons
- Banana 1 piece
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Soda 2 tsp
- Vanillin pinch
- Salt pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Sift flour into a deep bowl.
Step 2 Next, add cocoa, sugar, vanillin and soda, slaked with vinegar, to the flour. Stir mass.
Step 3 Then pour cherry juice, coffee and butter. Mix the dough thoroughly. Pour half the mass into a greased pan.
Step 4 On the first layer put the cherry and banana in circles. Pour in the remaining dough.
Step 5Bake the cake at t 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
