Ingredients:

- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Butter 80 grams

- Chicken egg 1 piece

- Curd 500 grams
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 100 grams
- Egg yolks 4 pieces
- Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
- Salt pinch
- For souffle:
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Egg whites 4 pieces
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Put flour, baking powder and butter in the bowl of the combine and grind into crumbs. Then add the egg and sugar, knead the dough. It should make an elastic, soft dough.
Step 2 Send the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, transfer it to a baking dish and distribute. Make bumpers. Put the form with the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 3 Cook the filling. Mix cottage cheese, semolina, egg in a blender. Add sugar, vanilla, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Mix everything until cream.
Step 4 Get the mold with the dough from the freezer and send it into the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 7-8 minutes. Then remove from the oven and pour the curd filling into the form, evenly distributing it. Put in bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
Step 5Beat egg whites with a mixer until foam, then sugar in parts. You should get a thick, stable foam.
Step 6 Bake the cake in the oven for 20 minutes, pull out and put whipped squirrels on it, spread evenly on the surface. Again, send to the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7 Cut the cooled pie into batch pieces.
