Ingredients:
- Cold water 1 cup
- Margarine 150 grams
- 4 eggs
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Flour 1.5-2 cups
- Onions 5-6 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 5-7 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut onions into rings and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2Cook the dough. Grate margarine in a deep bowl, add 1 cup of cold water, add 1 egg, a pinch of salt and 1.5-2 cups of flour.
Step 3 Knead elastic dough. This dough can be frozen, it will not lose its taste.
Step 4Grease the form with vegetable oil and distribute the dough, chop the base with a fork over the entire form and put the filling, in this case fried onions.
Step 5Now prepare the fill: mix 3 eggs with sour cream 5-7 tbsp. tablespoons, salt and pepper a little. Beat with a fork or using a mixer.
Step 6Pour the filling base with filling and bake in a preheated oven to t 180 degrees, after 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees.
Step 7 Bake for 25-30 minutes.
