Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour 500-600 grams
  • Margarine 200 grams
  • Water 200 ml.
  • Chicken egg 1 piece
  • Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Chicken 300 grams
  • Potatoes 5-6 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • Zira 1 teaspoon

Cooking method:

Step 1. Cut margarine into small pieces, add a little flour and grind into crumbs. Then drive in 1 egg, pour ½ tsp. salt, pour 1 tbsp. l vinegar and 200 ml of water and knead the dough, gradually adding to the remaining flour. The result is an elastic dough from which to form a ball and put its refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 3 After that, cut potatoes, onions, as well as 300 g of chicken fillet into small cubes, season with salt, pepper to taste, season with zira and stir, if desired. The filling for the quartet is ready.
