Ingredients:

  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • Cream 100 ml.
  • Starch 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Sweet and sour apples 1,5 kg.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Sugar 50 grams
  • Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
  • Almonds chopped 100 grams

Cooking method:

Step 1. Knead the dough. To do this, mix the egg with cottage cheese, vegetable oil and cream. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and knead soft, soft dough. Wrap it in film and send it to the refrigerator.
