Ingredients:
- Zucchini 1-2 pieces
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Bell pepper (red) 2 pieces
- Hard cheese 3 tbsp. spoons
- Parsley bunch
- Paprika pinch
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the zucchini and cut into circles. Pickle in 3 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce.
Step 2 Preheat the oven to t 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and put the slices of zucchini, sprinkle them with paprika.
Step 3 Blanch the tomatoes and then finely chop. Peppers are peeled and diced. Pour the vegetables with olive oil (1 tablespoon) and soy sauce (1 tablespoon).
Step 4 Zucchini oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove the fried vegetables from the oven and lay out on each piece, a little grated cheese and 1 tablespoon of the filling. Leave the dish on the baking sheet for another 5-7 minutes, so that the tomato paste warms up and the cheese melts.
Step 5 If desired, zucchini can be served in separate plates. So the mugs of zucchini will remain crispy, and the tomato salsa fresh.
