Baked zucchini in the oven is a very useful, low-calorie and easily digestible product that contains minerals, iron, potassium and fiber.
Ingredients:
- Zucchini (young fruits) 6-7 pieces
- Hard cheese (ideally parmesan) 60 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour water into a ladle and bring to a boil.
Step 2 Wash the zucchini and cut into thin longitudinal slices. Then chopped slices into boiling water and boil gently (about 5 minutes).
Step 3 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Grease a baking sheet with butter.
Step 5 Then put the boiled slices of zucchini on the prepared pan. Salt and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Serve the finished dish warm, sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill.
