Delicious pork goulash is an elementary and hearty dish.

Ingredients:

  • Pork 800 grams
  • Black pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tablespoon
  • Bay leaf 2-3 pieces
  • Garlic to taste
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:

Step 1. Rinse the meat with cold water, cut into slices.

Step 2. Pour a little water into the pan and bring to a boil, add salt. Put chopped meat in boiling salted water and cook for 30 minutes. The meat will immediately seize and all the juices will remain inside, which will make it juicy and soft.

Step 3 While the meat is cooked, peel the carrots, onions, and garlic. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 4 Heat the pan and fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil. Garlic must be fried separately, so the aroma of the dish is preserved. Fry for about 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour. Mix.

Step 5 When the meat has already been cooked (30 minutes) put it in a pan with vegetables and pour there a little broth. The broth should cover the meat a little. Mix everything.

Step 6 Add tomato paste, bay leaf, pepper and seasoning. Stew meat under a lid over low heat for 20 minutes.
