Ingredients:
- Canned fish (sardine, saury) 200 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Green onions to taste
- Kefir 1 cup
- Flour 2.5 cups
- Salt to taste
- Soda 0.5 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1.Dissolve soda in slightly warm kefir, add salt to taste and sifted flour. Very light and simple dough (do not even need eggs). Knead the dough, which in appearance will look like a dough on the fritters.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Canned fish also needs to be preliminarily prepared - remove excess bones and mash canned food with a fork (until a state of homogeneous gruel).
Step 3 Cut the eggs into small cubes, add finely chopped green onions and mix all the ingredients with canned food. It turns out a delicious filling.
Step 4Pour part of the dough into a baking dish, add the filling and pour the rest of the dough.
Step 5Send a quick fish pie on kefir to the oven and bake it for about 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
