Ingredients:
- Eggplant 700 grams
- Greens fresh dill bunch
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Vegetable oil (not refined) 4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Water 2 liters
- Salt 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut eggplant into circles 1-1.5 cm thick., And then cut each circle into 4 parts. Boil water, salt. Lower the eggplant there, boil for 5-6 minutes.
Step 2 Then discard the eggplant in a colander and let cool.
Step 3 Finely chop the dill, and squeeze the garlic through a press. Mix with eggplant, add lemon juice and black pepper. Pour odorous vegetable oil and mix. Place a container of eggplant in the refrigerator (for about a day).
