Ingredients:

  • Eggplant 700 grams
  • Greens fresh dill bunch
  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Salt 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method:

Step 1. Cut eggplant into circles 1-1.5 cm thick., And then cut each circle into 4 parts. Boil water, salt. Lower the eggplant there, boil for 5-6 minutes.
