I love running and I myself once lost 10 kg of weight with it. But what is interesting to note, I didn’t go for a run to lose weight. I could not get my thoughts together and concentrate. I thought - I’ll run, maybe my head will clear up.
So I got a taste. I went for a run every morning at 6 o’clock. Words cannot convey the feeling of freshness, clarity, energy that is in the air at this time.
I liked it, and so I began to run every day. Upon arrival home, took a shower and went about her business. All so light, in high spirits. And I noticed that the people around are so sleepy. On the contrary, I felt so fresh.
Where to begin
From my own experience I can say that in order to start, you just need to set an alarm.
So many people postpone the important points of change, because they simply did not set a specific time for action.
The second thing I did personally I - made sure that I have sneakers, and they are in working condition. Do not run in sneakers, because in this way there is no depreciation and all the load falls on the lower back. And heels will hurt.
Next up, run. If you go out, go for a run as much as you can. Do not get ready for months, look for a suitable bottle for water, suitable sports and the like. Came out - run, and eventually bring your skills to the desired result.
Constancy is the most important thing. If you miss a run, if you are lazy, look for excuses - it will be difficult to achieve a result. Plan how many times a week you will run, and discipline yourself.
What you should not do at the very beginning
I notice that often people make too high demands on themselves. They think that I’m not ready, I don’t have enough knowledge, I don’t have suitable clothes, etc.
Do not try to do everything perfectly at the very beginning.
Well, think for yourself, you are a beginner in this matter, not a specialist.
My results
I ran for 3 months, again, not for weight loss. I needed to clean up my head. After 3 months, I got on the scales and was -10 kg. I was glad that there was something to hide.
Running helped me gather my thoughts, my appetite improved, I began to sleep better and feel better. It felt like breathing was easier.
I am sure that any, even a very full woman, will be able to achieve good results if she takes the first step.
