Ingredients:
- Ham 200 grams
- Chicken fillet 200 grams
- Pickled honey mushrooms 200 grams
- Salad onion 1 piece
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salad leaves a few pieces
- Tomato (for decoration) 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Cool and cut into cubes.
Step 2 Cut ham into small cubes.
Step 3 Boil the eggs in a cool, peeled and cut into long pieces.
Step 4 Cut the onion into strips.
Step 5 Put ham, chicken, eggs, onions, mushrooms in a deep salad bowl. Pepper, salt to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.
Step 6 Put lettuce leaves on the dish. Put a salad on top of the hill, garnish with tomato slices.
