Ingredients:
- Salad leaves 2 sheets
- White bread 300-400 grams
- Parmesan Cheese 50 grams
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Lemon 0.5 pieces
- Mustard 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil soft-boiled eggs, carefully remove the yolks.
Step 2 Cut bread into cubes, fry in a pan and leave to dry.
Step 3 Fry the shrimps in olive oil, put on a napkin.
Step 4 Prepare the sauce: put the yolks, mustard, lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper in a blender. If suddenly the sauce is too thick, you can add some water, it will not affect the taste.
Step 5 Cut the tomato into medium pieces.
Step 6 Wash lettuce leaves, dry. Tear the salad into small pieces.
Step 7 Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 8 Pour a little sauce on the leaves, put croutons on top.
Step 9 Place shrimps on croutons.
Step 10Pour sauce over everything and sprinkle with grated cheese.
