Ingredients:
- 400 gram chicken
- 4 eggs
- Cheese 200 grams
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Olives 5-6 pieces
- Mayonnaise 300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil chicken fillet in salted water until tender. Cut into small pieces.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 3 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4 Pickle chopped onions. For the marinade: take half a glass of water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of 9% vinegar, and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour onion for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5 Now you need to take a dish in which the salad will be prepared. Put chicken meat in the shape of a crescent on it, grease it with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Lay a layer of pickled onion on top of the meat, however, this must be done in such a way that the layer is much thicker to the edge of the outer radius. Grease onion a little with mayonnaise.
Step 7 Then lay a layer of grated eggs, lightly grease with mayonnaise.
Step 8 Put the hard cheese in the next layer, but from the very edge it should not be greased with mayonnaise. It will serve as pulp on a watermelon peel.
Step 9 Grate a fresh cucumber, salt and mix. Finely chop the tomatoes, removing the middle liquid. Put tomatoes on top of hard cheese. It will be the flesh of our watermelon.
Step 10 Put the cucumbers on the side salad, after squeezing the juice from them. They will act as green peels.
Step 11 Sliced olives can act as watermelon seeds. They are used only for decoration.
